Entry #4. Time for a Change.

Over the passed month I've been really slacking off with my daily exercise. I've been so busy with school, homework and softball. It's been a little over a month since I've gone to the gym for a whole week on a daily basis. I just feel so tired and not in the mood to do anything but I know that's not right. The holiday season is coming and I need to watch what I eat. It gets so hard when you have your whole family eating all that fattening delicious food while you're trying to maintain your weight. All I have to do is focus on what I do I eat and try to go to the gym as much as I can. I have to really organize my schedule.

  1. Haha take a pre-workout! Such as Cellucor C4, Mr. Hyde, etc. Gets you up and ready, giving you the energy you need! You're your own worst enemy when it comes to reaching goals for your body. Don't let it hold you back!
